Refund Policy
I'm the Solution, LLC Policies, Terms, and Conditions All purchases (except software) are available for cancellation within 3 days from purchase based upon return of all course material received in resalable condition less shipping, handling, and restocking fee of 20%. Cancellation Process: In the event a cancellation is requested, customer is to contact company at refunds@imthesolution.com. Customer will receive a notification from our Resolution Management Department and the required paperwork is expected back to department within seven (7) days. Upon receipt of cancellation paperwork cancellation process will begin. Upon approval of cancellation all products received must be returned to specified address within seven (7) days. Upon receipt and inspection of products, cancellation will be approved or denied. Upon approval customer can expect monies to be refunded within two (2) weeks of notification. Training Events/Products: In the instance of training courses including: coaching, webinars, and seminars, restocking fee will be applied to all products returned and will include session costs of fulfilled classes based on individual course costs. Customer must attend the training event within twelve (12) months of the enrollment date. Upon the expiration of twelve (12) months any fee paid to I'm the Solution, LLC will be fully earned as a place holding fee. Customer is permitted to bring one of the following: spouse, significant other, adult child, parent, or business partner at no additional cost (EXCLUDES One-on-One Mentorship). When repeating an event, guests are not interchangeable. Attending this training is a very important part of the learning process and customer needs to make every effort to do so as soon as possible. If registered for the Training Event and the customer cannot attend, customer must call I'm the Solution, LLC and transfer to another Training Event or receive a credit toward another training Event offered by I'm the Solution, LLC with no penalty or cost to the customer. Not attending the training event does not constitute grounds for a cancellation and none will be issued after 3 days from the date of purchase. Mentoring Program: The on-site mentor program requires significant out-of-pocket costs for the provider and conveyance of proprietary information for the customer use only. Such costs include, but are not limited to, scheduled staff to administer, plan and support such training; airline transportation and costs; travel deposits and other charges and sales commissions. As a result of these costs, customer has only three (3) days from order date to cancel the purchase of this program, and is responsible for any and all costs incurred during those three days. Customer may reschedule such training upon 21 calendar days with written notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Software: There is no cancellation policy on the software. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. These terms and conditions apply to every sale whether it be through telephone sales, webinar sales, landing page sales, or seminar sales. This policy overrides any guarantees from outside sales or joint ventures. These policies apply to all I'm the Solution, LLC products and services and those sold within the company policy. |
